À chaque année, j’aime bien prendre connaissance du Internet Standards Assessment Report [2](PDF) et observer à quel point certaines industries sont efficaces sur le Web tandis que d’autres, sont vraiment médiocres. C’est ainsi qu’année après année (comme je le disais lors de ma conférence sur l’avenir des médias [3]) je suis surprise d’observer que des industries qui devraient être très efficaces en ligne, comme les journaux en ligne ou les relations publiques, sont plus poches, que l’industrie de la construction, ce qui me semble encore inconcevable. Mais enfin, le ISAR comme on l’appelle, se décrit comme suit :
